As Head of Housekeeping, you will be leading responsibly a team of hotel maids and room attendants – with one goal always in mind, achieving and ensuring top satisfaction among our guests.

You take on responsibility - in your job as Head of Housekeeping
Do you simply love it when everything is clean and tidy, and just hate it if anything is stained or damaged? Then you’re certainly the right person to be working at ROBINSON as Head of Housekeeping! Along with your strong sense of tidiness, you will make sure that you and your team will keep our guests feeling well taken care of while staying our clubs, and have everything they could ever wish for. Even when things get very hectic, you’re still able to manage your time well, keep your cool and at the same time, diligently check rooms for cleanliness, and on top of that, support your team no matter what at all times. You are not only a perfectionist, but also a manager, who sets an example for your team, as a motivator and a team player. What’s more, you will be responsible for handling resources and will take care of the budget planning for the entire department. Working closely together, you will also be coordinating with the Front Office and will be regularly sending reports to the ROBINSON Headquarters in Hanover.
Head of Housekeeping or simply a ROBIN!

For your new job as Head of Housekeeping you should have the following:
- A successful and completed vocational training certificate in hotel management
- Several years of work experience in housekeeping in a well-known hotel
- Outstanding commitment and the ability to cope under pressure
- Experience in leading and motivating a team
