Youth leader at ROBINSON – more than a regular job
A family vacation at ROBINSON stands for shared experiences, great feelings and relaxing time off, since everyone will get their money’s worth. As a youth leader, you are responsible for ROBS, our activity program for adolescents, and for the safety of our guests between 13 and 17 years old. Thanks to your enthusiasm, your friendliness and your approachability, our young guests feel good all around. With your creative and surprising ideas, you make sure that no one ever gets bored.
Your job as youth leader: friend and supervisor in one
You’re responsible for the planning, organization and execution of our youth programs during the day and the youth show at night. You realize content that changes every 14 days and work closely with your colleagues as a team player. You pay attention to the needs of the guests and also have a good contact with the parents as a youth leader. At the same time you always keep a responsible eye on the safety of the adolescents and on compliance with the rules. Your tasks require sensitivity, good communication skills and tolerance. But in return, you will get unique experiences and positive feedback every day.
For your new job as a youth leader, you should bring your passion and the following:
- educational training or experience in working with adolescents, e.g. as a trainer at a sports club or as a manager of recreational activities during vacations
- enjoying working with adolescents and the ability to get others excited about your ideas • sense of responsibility, flexibility and professionalism
- good English-language skills
- the ability to provide unforgettable vacation moments as a host and team player"
