You lead the entire activities and entertainment team consisting of dancers & choreographers, stage builders, props technicians, DJs, event technicians and activities hosts as you contribute to our unique ROBINSON atmosphere. Your job is to turn a hotel facility into a distinctive ROBINSON Club. You use your ideas and creativity for the design of the daily and nightly entertainment programs at an extraordinarily high level – and you never push too much. You introduce your employees to their tasks and are responsible for the successful execution. As department head you play an exemplary role, take delight in appearing on stage, are present and available to our guests. You’re a conscientious organizational talent at the same time. Your professional, communicative and open manner is quickly noticed and thanks to your friendly manner, employees and guests like to approach you with their concerns and questions.
