As a trainee in F&B management at ROBINSON, you work in the background...
As an F&B Management Trainee, you will ensure the smooth running of our restaurants and bars and be responsible for their integration into the ROBINSON concept. You will also be responsible for the profitability of the entire F&B area, taking into account ROBINSON quality standards. Your job as an F&B Management Trainee in one of our clubs will also include monitoring purchasing and warehousing as well as ensuring that goods and materials are in stock.
...and at the same time be close to the guest and your team
As an F&B Management Trainee, you will look over the shoulder of the F&B Manager and experience what it's like to be responsible for ensuring that every single guest leaves the restaurant full, happy and satisfied or has a great evening with delicious cocktails at the bar. The guests appreciate you as a dialogue partner and are delighted with your service.
For your new job as a trainee in F&B management you should bring your passion and the following:
- training as a hotel specialist
- at least 2 years management experience or as a teamleader
- a creative and solution oriented mind-set
- excellent manners and a well-groomed appearance
- fluency in german and english, ideally local language skills

As a trainee, you will get to know the stewarding, kitchen, warehousing/administration, F&B controlling, event coordination, bar/restaurant and F&B assistance departments ‘on the job’ with experienced colleagues in various clubs. Participation in internal seminars, taking on projects and individual support from the specialist department round off the programme.
