you often demonstrate your talents directly in front of them and get feedback! As a head chef at ROBINSON, you work in a very special atmosphere in the club resort.

Is cooking your passion?

As a head chef, you’re responsible for the quality of the meals for our menus, buffets, the ROBINSON bistro line and special events, such as a “lying dinner” on the beach or a picnic in the mountains. In your job as a head chef, you ensure cleanliness, the compliance with sanitary regulations and take care of the optimal use, cleaning and maintenance of the entire equipment in the kitchen and stewarding.

Together with the F&B manager, you work on new buffet concepts and inform yourself about the latest trends on the market. You also coordinate the entire international kitchen team and are responsible for satisfying the high quality standards at ROBINSON. In your job as a head chef, you’re at the highest management level of all the cooks and always a role model and contact person for your employees. As a host and team player, you also help other teams and prepare diverse activities.

For your new job as a head chef, you should bring your passion and the following:

  • completed training as a chef
  • multi-year job experience in a comparable position
  • ideally, professional experience in the upscale restaurant business
  • team-oriented, independent and responsible work method
  • above-average commitment and resilience
  • high technical competence combined with social skills and enjoyment of interacting with international guests and colleagues"
