Our ROBINS are a tight community. You support not only your colleagues at reception as well as you can, you also give inter-departmental support. If you have a secret talent for dancing or singing, you can e.g. romp around on our theater stage or help your colleagues at the restaurant to welcome guests at the gala dinner with a delicious cocktail. As a receptionist, of course you also get support from other areas: When a large group of arrivals is expected, your colleagues come and help welcome the guests, take their luggage, offer a refreshment after the journey and thus detangle the check-in line at your reception.
