Massages, cosmetics and relaxing experiences: Your everyday life as a spa manager (m/f/d)
As a spa manager, you will oversee and continuously develop the WellFit® Spa offering while ensuring the highest standards of quality and guest satisfaction. You will manage the spa's operational and commercial performance, working closely with the club director and our specialist team in Hanover. Alongside leading and motivating your team, you will remain actively involved in day-to-day operations by providing treatments, advising guests on products and creating unforgettable wellness experiences. For your new job as a spa manager (m/f/d) you should bring your passion and the following:
- Professional training in the field of cosmetics, massage thearaphy or physiotherapy
- Several years of relevant professional experience
- Ideally, initial leadership or team management experience
- Experience managing a spa or wellness facility, or additional qualifications in wellness and spa management
- Strong commercial awareness and a sound understanding of spa business operations
- Passion for engaging with guests and delivering outstanding service
- Proactive, committed and hands-on approach to your work
