You’ll keep a close eye on things at the front office and coordinate the front-of-house team, whilst always giving guests a warm welcome.
Your job as front office supervisor (m/f/d)
You hold all the strings in your hand. In your job as front office manager, you make sure that all activities in the front and back office run smoothly. You ensure that the contingent capacity utilization is optimal and take care of direct bookings. You’re always the first contact person and a real role model for your team – which also applies when you support other departments, such as during a welcome cocktail in the evening in front of the restaurant or on the theater stage.

Working in holiday destinations. As a front office supervisor at ROBINSON you can stay longer than any guest. Our club resorts are located in beautiful areas and directly on the ocean or close to the ski lifts. In your job as a front office manager, you cooperate not only with your colleagues at the club and the headquarters in Hanover but also with travel agencies and representatives. At the same time, you’re a cordial conversation partner for our guests.
For your new job as a front office supervisor (m/f/d), you should bring your passion and the following:
- Training in hotel administration
- Experience at the reception of the upscale hospitality industry
- Prior management experience
- Ideally, knowledge of Opera
- Fluency in the respective country’s language is desired
