In your job as an F&B manager at ROBINSON, your work day is very diverse: You make sure the F&B area runs smoothly and are responsible for the integration into the ROBINSON concept. The cost effectiveness of the entire F&B area as well as compliance with the quality standards of ROBINSON are your responsibility. You monitor purchasing and storage and supervise the product and material stock. You support and direct your employees. As a host, the well-being of your guests is your highest priority. As a team player, you support your colleagues in various areas and are also present at numerous activities for the guests outside the restaurant. In addition, you make sure that everything about special events like a picnic on a mountain lake or a “lying dinner” on the beach is up to our high standards.
