Your job as an info host/hostess

At ROBINSON, all ROBINS are hosts, no matter in which department they work. We want our guests to feel great here. As an info host/hostess, you play a crucial role. Your job brings you very close to our guests. You take our guests’ reservations for the specialty restaurants and reservations for excursions, lunch packages or rental cars. You’re also responsible for the rental of games, sports equipment and beach towels, which makes you one of the most in-demand ROBINs at the club. You have a very diverse job that you do with pleasure – and everyone can see that. If the guests are happy, you’re happy too. You’re available to our guests in case of questions, wishes or suggestions and quickly establish a personal connection to them. This means that the departures of guests you have come to hold dear might get a little emotional. But you never lose your smile, since the next nice guests are already waiting for you.
