Your bakery: The ROBINSON Club
In your job as a baker, you create the various baked goods for our menus, buffets, the ROBINSON bistro line and special events, such as a “lying dinner” on the beach or a picnic at a mountain lake. You also make sure everyone has a great start to their day with a large and high-quality selection of baked goods at the breakfast buffet.
Your job as baker: the highest level of quality
You’re a quality manager in your area. You create quality comparisons and formulate the purchasing lists. With your expertise, you check incoming deliveries for quality and quantity and ensure proper storage. At the end of the evening, enjoy a drink at the bar with your guests.
For your new job as a chef baker, you should bring your passion and the following:
- Training as a baker or preferably as a master baker
- At least 3 years of professional experience in the field
- Management experience - ideally also in the upscale resort hotel industry
- Team-orientated, independent and responsible way of working
- Commitment
