There are no fixed start dates for the internship – you can apply for your preferred start date (at the earliest three months in advance)!
During your internship at ROBINSON, you’ll have the chance to experience a genuine club atmosphere and try your hand at a career in your chosen field. You’ll actively support your team in their day-to-day work and gradually familiarise yourself with the typical tasks and processes in your area. At the same time, as a ROBIN, you’ll be part of the wider club community, working alongside various departments and getting involved in joint initiatives. In this way, you’ll help create unforgettable holiday experiences for our guests – whilst developing both personally and professionally.
Here is some information about the conditions
- ROBINSON will cover the flights for your arrival and departure.
- Accommodation is provided free of charge in a double room.
- Meals are also provided by the club. During your internship, you will be able to enjoy the extensive buffet alongside our guests (just like the other ROBINS).
- As an intern, you will receive a small allowance and will be able to use all club facilities (such as the wellness and fitness area) free of charge.

From the internship database to the club!
How the internship database works:After you submit your application, we will review it and decide whether we can add you to our internship database. Every two weeks, we send this database to our ROBINSON Clubs in Greece, Cape Verde, the Maldives, Morocco, Portugal, Tunisia, Turkey and Cyprus. This list contains the names, assignment periods, departments and some additional information about you and other candidates. The clubs compare this information from the internship exchange with their vacant positions. If a club would like to offer you an internship, they will contact you directly. Please note that acceptance into the internship database does not guarantee an internship at one of the clubs.
Intern (m/f/d) Food & Beverage
Fancy a career in hospitality with heart and team spirit?
You’ll support the team in the restaurant and at the bar with organisation and ensuring everything runs smoothly. You’ll prepare the mise-en-place for buffets, tables and drinks stations, and play an active role in staging special events such as gala evenings and themed buffets. You’ll contribute both behind the scenes and in direct contact with guests, present dishes during live cooking demonstrations, and ensure that our guests are thoroughly delighted and enjoy their stay to the full.

Would you like to be a host or hostess at the Front Office?
You are the first point of contact for our guests and play a key role in shaping their first impression of the club. You’ll support the reception team in their day-to-day work, act as a friendly point of contact for guests and gain fascinating insights into how a club operates. With your commitment, passion for service and ability to work well in a team, you’ll help ensure our guests have a thoroughly enjoyable stay.

Do you love making guests happy?
You’ll be a key point of contact for our guests and ensure they feel completely at home. You’ll learn professional expectation management and play an active role in fulfilling individual guest requests and finding suitable solutions. In doing so, you’ll help to exceed our guests’ expectations every day. You’ll gain valuable insights into guest services, develop both professionally and personally, and be part of a dedicated team that goes the extra mile to ensure our guests have an unforgettable stay.

Intern (m/f/d) Boutique
Are fashion, trends and advising guests right up your street?
You’ll be directly involved in the sales operations of our ROBINStore. You’ll advise our guests, showcase fashion, accessories and souvenirs. Your friendly manner will ensure a positive shopping experience. At the same time, you’ll assist with stock-taking, as well as helping to create attractive sales floors and shop windows. With your enthusiasm for fashion, you’ll help bring our brand to life and offer our guests that little bit extra on their holiday.

Intern (m/f/d) Tennis
Do you bring energy and a cheerful attitude to the court?
You’ll support our coaching team at modern facilities in a stunning setting, and your skills will be in demand both in an organisational capacity and in direct guest contact. You will welcome our guests, advise them on booking courses, help organise tournaments and, with your open, sports-loving nature, ensure an all-round positive atmosphere on the court.

Work where others go on holiday – right by the sea?
You’ll be part of a passionate team and experience your working day right by the sea. You’ll support the water sports team, advise guests on course selection and act as a knowledgeable point of contact for all things water sports. You’ll also help plan and run activities and events at the water sports centre, using your enthusiasm to create a lively atmosphere. Together with the team you'll ensure that every guest can take hom emeories of sun and salty water.

Are you passionate about service, organisation and golf?
You’ll be the first point of contact for our guests regarding all things golf, and your open, service-oriented manner will ensure a warm welcome and a pleasant atmosphere. You’ll advise on bookings, organise golf operations and ensure that our guests feel well looked after both on and off the course.

Intern (m/f/d) Spa Reception
Would you like to learn how to create genuine moments of well-being professionally in the spa?
You'll be the first point of contact for our guests regarding the wellness area and, with your friendly and professional manner, ensure a thoroughly pleasant welcome. You will support the team with booking appointments, advise on treatments and provide expert assistance with any queries, ensuring our guests feel well looked after from the very first moment. At the same time, you will gain fascinating insights into the workings of a spa.

Intern (m/f/d) Sound & Light
How do sound and lighting technology create emotional moments?
You’ll be part of the technical production of our shows and events and experience how unforgettable moments are created with the help of light and sound. You’ll support the team in preparing, setting up and operating lighting and sound systems, assist with rehearsals and live events, and ensure that everything runs smoothly from a technical perspective. You’ll gain insights into the world of event technology and take on independent tasks behind the scenes.

Intern (m/f/d) Sport & Entertainment
Do you create action, fun and unforgettable moments?
You’ll be right at the heart of active club life and, together with the team, will help create a varied sports and entertainment programme for our guests. You’ll help organise and run tournaments, competitions and activities – from volleyball and water polo to creative quiz formats like Jekami – and your open, spontaneous nature will create enthusiasm and a great atmosphere.

Intern (m/f/d) Childcare
Are you ready to put your heart and creativity into looking after our youngest guests?
You'll create a varied, caring and creative childcare programme for children of different age groups. You will assist with the planning and running of activities such as games, sports, shows or creative workshops, and look after the children with great empathy and a sense of responsibility. In doing so, you’ll gain valuable insights into educational work and, with your open, warm-hearted nature, help give the children unforgettable holiday experiences that they can excitedly tell their parents about.

Please apply for an internship no earlier than3 months before your potential start date. Unfortunately, we cannot consider applications submitted earlier, as we cannot predict when openings will become available at that time. However, there are no fixed start dates or application deadlines; you can apply at any time throughout the year.
Yes, a three- to six-month work placement with ROBINSON is ideal for your gap year – for example, after leaving school, after studying, or to help you decide on a career path. You’ll work and live at one of our clubs abroad. ROBINSON will cover your flights as well as the costs of accommodation and meals. Please note that we offer voluntary internships which are not necessarily recognised by schools or FSJ placements.
The possible destinations for your internship are listed above. The internship placement process is handled through the internship database.
You will complete your internship at a specific club; switching clubs during the internship is not possible. However, after completing your first internship, you will have the opportunity to take on another internship at a different ROBINSON Club or in a different department.
Unfortunately, work internships cannot be split into separate parts. You should be available for at least 3 months at a time and complete the internship at a single location.
You are welcome to apply for another internship at a different ROBINSON Club or in a different department after completing your first one.
An internship is often the first step toward future employment, such as a seasonal position or a permanent role—provided it works out for both parties. If you enjoy working at ROBINSON and want to continue developing your skills, you also have the opportunity to pursue a dual Bachelors degree program or an apprenticeship with ROBINSON afterward.
