During your internship at ROBINSON, you’ll have the chance to experience a genuine club atmosphere and try your hand at a career in your chosen field. You’ll actively support your team in their day-to-day work and gradually familiarise yourself with the typical tasks and processes in your area. At the same time, as a ROBIN, you’ll be part of the wider club community, working alongside various departments and getting involved in joint initiatives. As an intern (m/f/d) Food & Beverage at ROBINSON, you’ll be right at the heart of our guests’ culinary experience: you’ll support the team in the restaurant and at the bar with organisation and ensuring everything runs smoothly. You’ll prepare the mise-en-place for buffets, tables and drinks stations, and play an active role in staging special events such as gala evenings and themed buffets. You’ll contribute both behind the scenes and in direct contact with guests, present dishes during live cooking demonstrations, and ensure – through your commitment, teamwork and ability to work independently – that our guests are thoroughly delighted and enjoy their stay to the full.

As an intern (m/f/d) Boutique at ROBINSON, you’ll be directly involved in the sales operations of our ROBINStore. You’ll advise our guests using your flair for trends and your high standards of service. You’ll showcase fashion, accessories and souvenirs, and your friendly manner will ensure a thoroughly positive shopping experience. At the same time, you’ll assist with goods receipt, pricing and stock-taking, as well as helping to create an attractive layout for the sales floor and shop windows. With your creativity, team spirit and enthusiasm for fashion, you’ll help bring our brand to life and offer our guests that little bit extra on their holiday.

As an intern (m/f/d) Sport & Entertainment at ROBINSON, you’ll be right at the heart of active club life and, together with the team, will help create a varied sports and entertainment programme for our guests. You’ll help organise and run tournaments, competitions and activities – from volleyball and water polo to creative quiz formats like Jekami – and your open, spontaneous nature will create enthusiasm and a great atmosphere.

As an intern (m/f/d) childcare you will be part of our ROBY Club team and will work together to create a varied, caring and creative childcare programme for children of different age groups. You will assist with the planning and running of activities such as games, sports, shows or creative workshops, and look after the children with great empathy and a sense of responsibility. In doing so, you’ll gain valuable insights into educational work and, with your open, warm-hearted nature, help give the children unforgettable holiday experiences that they can excitedly tell their parents about.

From the internship database to the club!
How the internship database works:
After you submit your application, we will review it and decide whether we can add you to our internship database. Every two weeks, we send this database to our ROBINSON Clubs in Greece, Cape Verde, the Maldives, Morocco, Portugal, Tunisia, Turkey and Cyprus. This list contains the names, assignment periods, departments and some additional information about you and other candidates. The clubs compare this information from the internship exchange with their vacant positions. If a club would like to offer you an internship, they will contact you directly. Please note that acceptance into the internship database does not guarantee an internship at one of the clubs.
Here is some information about the conditions
- ROBINSON will cover the flights for your arrival and departure.
- Accommodation is provided free of charge in a double room.
- Meals are also provided by the club. During your internship, you will be able to enjoy the extensive buffet alongside our guests (just like the other ROBINS).
- As an intern, you will receive a small allowance and will be able to use all club facilities (such as the wellness and fitness area) free of charge.

Please apply for an internship no earlier than3 months before your potential start date. Unfortunately, we cannot consider applications submitted earlier, as we cannot predict when openings will become available at that time. However, there are no fixed start dates or application deadlines; you can apply at any time throughout the year.
The possible destinations for your internship are listed above. The internship placement process is handled through the internship database.
You will complete your internship at a specific club; switching clubs during the internship is not possible. However, after completing your first internship, you will have the opportunity to take on another internship at a different ROBINSON Club or in a different department.
An internship is often the first step toward future employment, such as a seasonal position or a permanent role—provided it works out for both parties. If you enjoy working at ROBINSON and want to continue developing your skills, you also have the opportunity to pursue a dual Bachelors degree program or an apprenticeship with ROBINSON afterward.
