Becoming a manager with and at ROBINSON. Once you have successfully completed the selection process, you will undertake various modules across several clubs, each covering specialist subject matter. Front Office
As a Front Office Manager (m/f/d), you and your team are the club’s first point of contact. We’ll prepare you for this role!

WellFit®-Spa
Pure relaxation. As Head of the WellFit® Spa (m/f/d), you and your team will create an atmosphere of well-being for our guests, allowing them to forget the stresses of everyday life. We’ll support you every step of the way!
Requirements:
- Completed training in the relevant field
- At least one year of experience as a ROBIN
- Above-average performance and results
- Leadership potential
- Very good proficiency in German or English
- A strong focus on quality and customer service
- Full flexibility to work anywhere in the world
- For the Management Trainee Programme, a further minimum of two years of experience in a leadership role is required
The selection process:
- Written application
- Individual interviews with the respective departments to assess your professional qualifications
- ‘Predictive Index’ potential analysis to identify personal strengths and areas for development
- Centralised, department-specific selection workshop in Hanover
