Your career path at ROBINSON

Becoming a manager with and at ROBINSON. As a ROBINSON employee, you have the opportunity to gain the qualifications needed to manage a department or even run an entire club through an in-house trainee programme. Once you have successfully completed the selection process, you will undertake various modules across several clubs, each covering specialist subject matter. This gives you, as a trainee, a wide range of opportunities to develop both professionally and personally, and to expand your network.

 

Trainee Front Office (m/w/d)

Front Office

As a Front Office Manager (m/f/d), you and your team are the club’s first point of contact. We’ll prepare you for this role!

 

F&B Trainee (m/f/d)

F&B

Culinary delights of the highest standard and professional service. An F&B Manager (m/f/d) bears a great deal of responsibility. We’ll prepare you for this – both through our in-house training programme and via direct recruitment as an F&B Trainee.

 

Events & Entertainment Trainee (m/f/d)

Events & Entertainment

Entertainment is more than just a good show. As Head of Events & Entertainment (m/f/d), you and your team will create the ROBINSON atmosphere. We’ll prepare you for this role!

 

WellFit®-Spa

Pure relaxation. As Head of the WellFit® Spa (m/f/d), you and your team will create an atmosphere of well-being for our guests, allowing them to forget the stresses of everyday life. We’ll support you every step of the way!

 

WellFit®-Aktiv

From high-intensity classes to yoga. We offer our guests a varied range of fitness activities and professional support. As Head of the WellFit®-Aktiv Department (m/f/d), you’ll take on this responsibility – and we’ll prepare you for it.

 

Management

The whole club is the stage, and you’re the director. As Club Director (m/f/d), you’ll work with your team to ensure your guests have an unforgettable holiday. We’ll support you on your journey to the top!

 

Requirements:

  • Completed training in the relevant field
  • At least one year of experience as a ROBIN
  • Above-average performance and results
  • Leadership potential
  • Very good proficiency in German or English
  • A strong focus on quality and customer service
  • Full flexibility to work anywhere in the world
  • For the Management Trainee Programme, a further minimum of two years of experience in a leadership role is required

 

The selection process:

  • Written application
  • Individual interviews with the respective departments to assess your professional qualifications
  • ‘Predictive Index’ potential analysis to identify personal strengths and areas for development
  • Centralised, department-specific selection workshop in Hanover

  • Achieving various learning objectives ‘on the job’
  • Ongoing feedback
  • Duration: 3–12 months (depending on the department and your prior qualifications); Management Trainee Programme: 18–36 months
