What’s your passion? Tidiness and cleanliness! You are only then completely happy when everything around you sparkles and shines. In your job as Supervisor of Housekeeping, you pass on to your team your skills in cleaning diligently and together you are responsible for the cleaning of the hotel rooms and the public areas at your ROBINSON Club. As Team Leader or Supervisor you diligently inspect the cleaned rooms in the hotel and in the mornings, you delegate the hotel maids to their specific hotel rooms and room attendants to their area, and you are the first contact person for your team and for our guests. Even on days that can be stressful, you’re still able to keep your eye on things and your perfectionism; and what’s more you set a good example as Supervisor of Housekeeping for your team – whether you’re cleaning or decorating the hotel rooms with love and care.

The type of communication going on between our selves and guests is something different. In your job as a ROBIN you will encounter every colleague and every guest with real hospitality - and always on the same terms. That’s why you should enjoy communicating very much with other people: whether it’s a quick chat about the theatrical performance from the evening before, or holding a little small talk about the great weather. As Supervisor of Housekeeping, you are involved in what we call the “ROBIN life” and you give your support among all departments by performing various activities – from greeting the new arriving guests or to having a Gala cocktail, our guests will get the chance to see your face again and again.
