Here come some facts!
What does my contract look like abroad? Will I have health insurance? Will I also get time off and what are the overall working conditions like?
In addition to a strong company culture, fantastic locations and personal development opportunities, ROBINSON offers you many more benefits. They will certainly interest you!
Your employment contract
You will receive a local employment contract directly with the respective club, based on the confirmation of workterms that is issued in advance. This ensures that you are covered by social insurance in the country of your assignment. For placements outside the EU, we arrange private health insurance for you at no cost, provided by Allianz Care.
Your social security
Social security entitlements accrued during periods of employment in EU countries and Switzerland can be transferred to Germany under intergovernmental agreements. As a general rule, it is advisable to clarify your individual social security situation before any assignment abroad. We would be happy to assist you with this.
In summer season operations (e.g. in Turkey and Greece), you’ll start in March/April; in the mountain clubs, in May/June. Contracts for the winter season in the mountains clubs begin in November/December. The contract period is one season, lasting between 4 and 7 months depending on the opening dates of the respective club.
Your working time
You have at least one day off per week, depending on the country of assignment also a second day, i.e. a 5 or 6-day week. The days off are determined in consultation with your supervisor. Overtime, as well as allowances for Sundays/public holidays and night bonuses are included in the salary.
