Here come some facts!

Let’s get down to the nuts and bolts:

What does my employment contract abroad look like, do I have health insurance, how much salary do I get, do I have vacation time and what are the working conditions like?
In addition to corporate culture, great locations, personal development and much more, ROBINSON offers you many additional benefits. They will certainly interest you!

Your employment contract

You will receive a local employment contract directly with the respective club, based on employment conditions fixed in writing in advance in Germany. This means that you are covered by social insurance in the respective country of assignment. For assignments in non-EU countries, we will also take out a free health insurance policy for you through Allianz Care.

Your social security

Social security entitlements from periods of employment in EU countries and Switzerland can be transferred to Germany by means of intergovernmental agreements. In principle, it is advisable to clarify the individual social security situation before each assignment abroad. We will be happy to support you in this process.

Your start date, assignment duration and vacation entitlement

In summer season operations (e.g. in Turkey and Greece) you start in March/April, in mountain operations in May/June. Contracts for the winter season in the mountains start in November/December. The duration of the contract is one season, depending on the opening hours of the respective company between 4-7 months.
In year-round operations (e.g. in Spain or Egypt), a start is possible at any time if there are vacancies. The contract duration is 12 months in year-round operations. During the vacation periods, short assignments of approx. 12 weeks are also possible for already experienced employees - mostly in the children and sports area.
You have 24 days of vacation per year - pro rata for shorter assignments.

Your compensation

Salary and commission participation depend on the area of work and the position. You will receive vacation benefits after 6 months of service.

Your working time

You have at least one day off per week, depending on the country of assignment also a second day, i.e. a 5 or 6-day week. The days off are determined in consultation with your supervisor. Overtime, Sunday/holiday and night bonuses are included in the salary.
