To ensure we can offer our guests the same high standard of service across all our clubs and departments, we as ROBINS receive ongoing training in line with set standards. Depending on your previous experience and your role, you will participate in a variety of training courses during your time with us. This enables you to continuously develop and further strengthen your skills. Not only will this support you when starting at another ROBINSON club, but it also represents an important step in your overall professional development.

Job-related training takes place directly at the club through your supervisor and crew training manager, allowing you to integrate quickly into the team and the club. In addition, you gain further know-how with the support of experts in your field.

You enjoy taking on responsibility and working in a team? At ROBINSON, you have the opportunity to prove yourself as a manager. You’ll be supported with training in areas such as communication, leadership skills, team development and conflict management. This will help you learn how to motivate and successfully lead your team.
