In your job as a guest relations employee, you are the competent contact person for our guests when they make requests or complaints. Even in difficult situations, you keep a cool head and, with your positive charisma and professional suggestions for solutions,

ensure that our guests want for nothing and that their expectations are even exceeded at best. You know like no other how to convey your warmth and cheerful nature to our guests so that even the grumpiest can smile again.

Your mission: happy and satisfied guests! With your competent approach and positive manner, you know how to put a smile back on guests' faces. Be an open-minded and friendly contact person for our guests and ensure that they can continue to enjoy their holiday to the full and leave our club with a smile on their face. As a professional Guest Relation employee, you know what our guests want and solve problems before they arise.

For your new job as an employee in guest relations, you should bring your passion and the following:

Training in the service industry
At least 2 years of experience in tourism field service
German and good conversational English
