Each of our shops offers a colorful mix of everything our guests need on holiday: from swimwear and sunglasses to the latest sports outfit. As a store manager, you’re not only responsible for advising our guests and handling the sale, but also for your sales staff in the boutique. At the ROBINSON Clubs, we provide an especially friendly atmosphere and great interactions between the ROBINS and guests. Among our employees, colleagues and supervisors, we address each other just as informally as we do with our guests! In your job as a store manager, you contribute to making the guests feel well taken care of and well-advised.
Your boutique – your design options:
As the store manager at ROBINSON, you’re independently responsible for the sales and administration at the ROBINStore. In addition to consultations and organization, your job also includes staff planning and the creation of events. We like to offer our guests raffles, fashion shows and other diverse activities now and then. As a store manager, you’re also available as a competent contact person for your employees and share your expertise with them at any time.
For your new job as a store manager, you should bring your passion and the following:
- training in the retail business, ideally the fashion or textile industry
- prior management experience
- strong consulting skills and enjoyment of the sale process
- strong organizational skills and creativity
- warmth and empathy
