Your job as a butcher
You produce the meat products for our menus, buffets, the ROBINSON snack line and for special events, such as a dinner at the beach or a picnic at a mountain lake. As a butcher, you’re also a quality manager in your area. Your job includes creating quality comparisons and formulating purchasing lists. With your expertise, you check incoming deliveries for quality and quantity and take care of proper storage.
