Living and working as a trainer at the hotel
In your training job, your responsibility is the quality assurance of the personnel development measures. You handle the employee consultations for the technical and personal advanced training at our clubs. You’re also here for our guests and make sure that they have a perfect vacation experience.
For your new job as a trainer at the hotel, you should bring your passion and the following:
- completed training
- ideally, experience as a trainer or coach
- strong communication skills and a confident appearance
- high willingness to learn and organizational skills
- good computer skills
- ideally, fluency in the respective national language
- enthusiasm for ROBINSON
