High responsibility as (assistant) dive center manager
As (assistant) dive center manager, your warmth and charisma draw the guests under your spell. You can easily get them excited in participating in the diving program. The guests feel they are well taken care of by you and you answer all their questions competently. You are responsible for creating a diverse and creative program that brings joy to many guests. During the rental times, you always have an overview and control over everything in your area. As (assistant) dive center manager, you set an example for your team and always take proper care to fulfill your care and maintenance obligations. At the same time you ensure that all safety standards are complied with. In your job as dive center manager, you also work closely with the Sports department manager to create an adventurous program for the guests.
For your new job as (assistant) dive center manager, you should bring your passion and the following:
- diving instructor license (at least SSI OWI or similar training)
- ideally prior management experience
- good administrative skills
- first aid and CPR courses
- technical skills for the inspection and maintenance of the diving equipment
