Your job as an F&B controller
As an F&B controller, you support the administrative director in his or her tasks and take care of the turnover and cost control. You also prepare analyses for all departments and check the incoming goods for quantity, price and processing. You also perform inventories in F&B and profit center storehouses and constantly have an overview of incoming and outgoing goods and products.

Another task in your job as an F&B controller is the preparation of monthly financial statements for F&B (comparisons of targets vs. actual results, daily kitchen results, final stock lists, consumption lists, total operational consumption, differential list). You’re also available to your colleagues in case of questions. Together you make sure that the guests at our clubs have everything they need and you work closely together as a team. This team cohesion is what makes your time as an F&B controller at ROBINSON into a truly special experience.

As an F&B controller, you can work at one of our worldwide clubs. Whether mountains, ocean or beach, our clubs can also offer you quite a lot as an employee. You get to use the club amenities for free, which means you can play a round of tennis with the guests, swim in the pool or have a blast at water sports. Of course we also provide accommodations as well as meals at our guest restaurant.
