Coordinate us – as a chief animator or a manager events & entertainment at ROBINSON

Do you have a knack for getting other people in a good mood and infecting your colleagues and our guests with your positive attitude? Then you are at home here – in the job of a manager Events & Entertainment.

You’re creative and spontaneous and can motivate your team. You write program schedules, coordinate the procedures and organize great events and surprises for the guests at our club.

“Chief animator and more” – or, as we refer to it: manager Events & Entertainment

...because in our team you do much more than coordinate entertainment! You lead the entire activities and entertainment team consisting of dancers & choreographers, stage builders, props technicians, DJs, event technicians and activities hosts as you contribute to our unique ROBINSON atmosphere. Your job is to turn a hotel facility into a distinctive ROBINSON Club. You use your ideas and creativity for the design of the daily and nightly entertainment programs at an extraordinarily high level – and you never push too much. You introduce your employees to their tasks and are responsible for the successful execution. As department head you play an exemplary role, take delight in appearing on stage, are present and available to our guests. You’re a conscientious organizational talent at the same time. Your professional, communicative and open manner is quickly noticed and thanks to your friendly manner, employees and guests like to approach you with their concerns and questions.

ROBIN, Chief animator and a true multi-talent

As chief animator, you are a ROBIN to the core. And as a real host and team player, you also support the other teams, such as in the coordination of the arrivals and departures, the cocktail reception in the evening and various other activities. A diverse job in the field of Events and Entertainment awaits you with a lot of fun and sunshine.

For your new job as a chief animator or manager in Events & Entertainment, you should bring your passion and the following:

  • completed education in the events sector / event management, e.g. as an events representative or similar experience
  • experience in managing a larger team, ideally as chief animator
  • creativity and high affinity with sports
  • organizational talent, high flexibility and resilience
  • ideally, experience with moderating
