There, you will be spoiling our guests with culinary highlights and will be reading every wish just by looking in their eyes. During the daily business, you will be supporting the F&B Manager and the assistant, and coordinating your team consisting of F&B employees and internees. Using your friendly, prudent, and unobtrusive hospitality skills, you will ensure that the ROBINSON atmosphere will be put into practice in the restaurants and bars in every single club.

As F&B Supervisor, you are never bored at ROBINSON! No two days are the same; after all, you will be working daily performing different tasks, getting to know new guests again and again, where you can use your own energy to spoil them with your passion for culinary delights. Of course, it’s already understood that your passionate management style is contagious within your team, resulting in a stunning gastronomy and excellent service with each individual being personally motivated by you. As F&B Supervisor, you will be putting the daily processes together for your team, looking after those who are new during their induction period, and coordinating and taking care of the F&B employees. This includes planning shifts and work schedules, holding briefings, as well as, taking care of smaller administrative tasks in the F&B office. You and your team will transform together the F&B department into a one and only culinary stronghold, leaving our guests feeling completely well taken care of.

As F&B Supervisor, you are not only responsible for the coordination of your team, but furthermore you will participate actively in the so-called “ROBIN life”. For your new job as Food & Beverage Supervisor you should have the following:
- A completed hotel/restaurant training
- more than one year working experience in a restaurant/ banquet
- ideally management experience
- excellent manners and a well-groomed appaerance
- fluency in german and english, ideally local language skills
