FAQs

To anyone who is passionate about hospitality, service-minded, and keen to gain club experience and enjoy a diverse daily routine. Our apprenticeships are also aimed at current staff – all ROBINS who want to take the next step, develop their skills and gain (additional) qualifications.

To start an apprenticeship at ROBINSON, you must be at least 18 years old (at the start of the apprenticeship). Unfortunately, there are no exceptions.

  • The apprenticeship as a hospitality & gastronomy assistant start in March or April.
  • Apprenticeships at the ROBINSON Fleesensee in Germany always start on the 1st of August each year.
  • Apprenticeships in Turkey for applicants with Turkish citizenship or the Mavi Kart start every year in winter.

Our goal is ultimately for you to enjoy working at ROBINSON and to want to continue being part of the team. If, following your successful completion, both sides feel it’s a good fit, we’d of course be delighted to offer you further career prospects with us – including opportunities for more responsibility and leading positions.
