As Deputy Restaurant Manager at ROBINSON, you are responsible for coordinating all operations in our guest restaurants. You lead the service team with professionalism and enthusiasm, ensuring that all hygiene regulations are adhered to. Your daily tasks include setting up the tables, the individual buffets and the drinks stations. As an experienced host, you personally welcome our guests every day and seat them according to their individual preferences. In addition, you are responsible for wine sales and the wine shop, train your staff and oversee the set-up and service procedures. You know that it is sometimes the little things that turn an ordinary holiday into an extraordinary one. With your organisational skills, tact and, above all, your personality, you manage to create a unique atmosphere in our restaurants!
For your new job as an assistant restaurant manager, you should bring your passion and the following:
- a completed restaurant or hotel training
- at least 2 years of working experience in a restaurant/banquet
- excellent manners and a well-groomed appearance
- fluency in german and english, ideally local language skills
