Hospitality apprenticeship (m/f/d)

As a hospitality apprentice, your role involves welcoming, looking after and assisting guests. You will also be responsible for preparing and inspecting guest rooms. With your organisational skills, you will plan events and ensure they run smoothly. Your creativity will be valued in the development, implementation and monitoring of marketing initiatives. In addition, there are various other tasks, such as planning staff shifts, conducting sales negotiations and preparing offers.

  • Start: 1st of August each year
  • Duration: 3 years

For your hospitality apprenticeship, we expect you to bring enthusiasm and the following:

  • Secondary school leaving certificate or A-levels
  • Teamwork and communication skills
  • Good knowledge of German and English desirable
  • Organisational and sales skills
  • Quick understanding
  • Good manners
  • Tidy appearance

 

Culinary apprenticeship (m/f/d)

As a chef, you create culinary delicacies and prepare them using professional kitchen equipment and modern devices. You also place great importance on nutritional, economic and environmental considerations, taking these into account in your work as a chef. You then present the dishes and advise guests on their meal choices.

  • Start: 1st of August each year
  • Duration: 3 years

For your culinary apprenticeship, we expect you to bring enthusiasm and the following:

  • Lower secondary or intermediate school leaving certificate
  • Handicraft skills and creativity
  • Good physical fitness
  • Quick understanding
  • Calculation skills
  • Ability to work in a team
