Make yourself at home!

A warm welcome to our new employees:

A ROBINSON Club. Somewhere in the world. Everything is new! You're a little nervous. Where do I go? May I ... ? What's the name of ... again? And how does ... actually work? At ROBINSON, we want to avoid exactly these situations and ensure you feel right at home from day one. Anyone who's ever arrived somewhere new knows how much a warm and well-prepared welcome means. Feeling at ease from the very first day: a great feeling!

The application process

Where it all starts:

To forward your application to our clubs worldwide, please submit your application documents via our online application form. After submitting your application, you will automatically receive a confirmation email. This way, you can be sure that we have received your application.

Our recruiters will then carefully review your application documents – also for similar open positions in our clubs – and get back to you as soon as possible. Depending on the department, we may request further documents, videos, or information from you.

After all your documents have been reviewed, we would like to get to know you personally. This could either be a job casting, an online casting, or a virtual interview. Here you can ask any questions you may have, and we will discuss your exact availability and country preferences.

If both you and we are on board, you will receive either a general confirmation of your placement or a specific job offer. We’ll also put you in touch with the respective club so you can talk to your future colleagues or manager beforehand. If you then agree to the workterms, we’ll set everything in motion for your start as a ROBIN and look forward to welcoming you soon to one of our ROBINSON Clubs.

If you have any questions before, during or after your application, your recruiter and the HR service team are happy to assist you via email or telephone!

Your point of contact

The first week:

As a new ROBIN, you’ll be assigned a mentor. Your mentor is an experienced ROBIN and will be your main point of contact during your first few weeks. They’ll show you around the club and answer any questions you may have. This will help you settle into club life quickly and feel part of the team right from the start.

The crewtraining

Becoming a ROBIN:

As a new employee, you’ll take part in some basic training during your first few days or weeks. Among other things, this will help you get to know the company and ROBINSON concept better. Because the club isn’t just your workplace but also your new home, how you interact with each other and with the club’s guests plays an important role. You’ll learn what makes a ROBIN the perfect host, and much more! After that you will wear the signature white and blue outfit, and you’ll officially be a true ROBIN.

Your employee journey

As a part of the ROBINSON family:

Our goal? To ensure you have a fantastic time with us – full of feel-good moments and genuine team spirit. To make sure everything runs smoothly from the very start, you’ll go through a number of important steps on your very own employee journey. Who knows? You might even enjoy it so much that you’ll be excited to come back for a second season!

With a strong employer brand, a supportive recruitment process and a structured onboarding programme, we create the ideal conditions for you to join us. From your first phone call through to your arrival and training at the club, we’ll support you in integrating quickly into the team and fulfilling your role as a ROBIN with confidence right from the start. We want to identify your talent early on, nurture it and make your personal strengths shine at ROBINSON.
