Massages, cosmetics and sauna: your everyday life as a Spa Manager (m/f/d)
In your job as a Spa Manager, you will organise, manage and expand all offers in the WellFit® Spa and ensure the quality of the programme in the long term.with your professional and economic management, you will ensure ROBINSON quality standards and be responsible for the business results.you will be in close contact with the respective Club Director and our specialist department in Hanover. In addition to managing your team, as a spa manager you will carry out cosmetic and massage treatments yourself, work up a sweat during sauna infusions and provide our guests with expert advice on choosing the perfect care product. Your tasks also include the professional development of your employees and planning a wide range of special promotions. But the most important thing for us is communication. So if you're always up for a chat with guests and start your working day with a smile, you've come to the right place!
For your new job as a spa manager you should bring your passion and the following:
- Professional training in the field of cosmetics or massage/physiotherapy
- Many years of professional experience in this field
- Ideally initial management experience
- Experience in the management of a spa or wellness area or further training in wellness and spa management
- Ideally a correspondence course in wellness and spa management
- Business management knowledge in the spa area
- Enjoy dealing with guests outside your area of expertise
- Above-average commitment
